The Women’s Fresh Perspectives Conference exists to cultivate women’s potential and to be the catalyst for a vibrant global produce and floral industry through the leadership, development, and participation of women. Women benefit from more effective leadership training that is informed by, shaped by and focused on women’s perspectives – training developed through a ‘gender lens.’
