Agri-Pulse postpones Food and Ag Policy Summit West until September 9

Out of an abundance of caution and concern, Agri-Pulse will postpone the Food & Ag Policy Summit West from April 22 to September 9.

“We have secured the same space at the Sutter Club and will be working with speakers and sponsors to replicate the April 22 event,” says Agri-Pulse Editor Sara Wyant

“We have been looking forward to seeing you at our Food & Ag Policy Summit on April 22 while actively monitoring events related to COVID-19 unfold. We have listened carefully to advice about the need to practice social distancing, along with taking other preventative measures. However, the virus continues to spread, increasing the risk of face-to-face meetings that make events like ours so valuable,” Wyant said.

Governor Gavin Newsom recently issued a shelter-in-place order for the entire state and we continue to follow his updates here

Wyant added that, at Agri-Pulse, the safety of our subscribers, sponsors, speakers and staff is always our top priority. “Thank you for your understanding and continued support.”
