EPA settles with fuel hauler for three spills in Alaska

WASHINGTON, Oct. 11, 2017 - Big State Logistics Inc. (BSL) will pay $43,000 in a settlement with the Environmental Protection Agency over three separate spills on Alaska’s Richardson Highway.
