Heitkamp asks for transparency in USDA grant-making process

Sen. Heidi Heitkamp, D-N.D., sent a letter to Agriculture Secretary Sonny Perdue raising concerns about USDA’s grant-making process and possible budget cuts to the Rural Cooperative Development Grant (RCDG) program.
