Farm Hands on the Potomac: Bronaugh steps down from USDA, Yiannas to depart FDA

The number two at the Department of Agriculture, Jewel Bronaugh, has announced she will step down and Frank Yiannas, FDA's deputy commissioner for food policy, is leaving his post.
