Farm Hands West: Mastman appointed to USTR role, Bettner leads Sacramento River Settlement Contractors

U.S. Trade Representative Katherine Tai has appointed Katy Mastman as the agency's acting assistant for labor and Thad Bettner is the new executive director of the Sacramento River Settlement Contractors.
