Managed by the American Frozen Food Institute (AFFI), which serves as the founding and managing organization of the Food Industry Environmental Council (FIEC).  Business meetings remain the focus of AFFI-CON 2021 as it goes online, and expanded dates and match-making technology are aimed at making it easier to get more business done. More education sessions are planned to help companies  navigate the new normal for the frozen food supply chain.
