Event Description
The Annual Corn Dry Milling Conference is co-sponsored by the North American Millers’ Association and the USDA’s National Center for Agricultural Utilization Research in Peoria, Illinois. Since 1959 this one-day conference has provided a forum for the entire value chain to share the latest research on corn, corn milling, consumer trends, product production, quality and testing.
This year, the conference will have a strong focus on sustainability, with presentations from seed companies, millers, and carbon market programs. In addition, ARS researchers will present on their latest work on important diseases impacting corn.
