Senators seek to expand sales of E15 year-round

WASHINGTON, Mar. 16, 2017 - In order to extend the Reid vapor pressure (RVP) waiver to ethanol blends above 10 percent, senators Deb Fischer, R-Neb., Joe Donnelly, D-Ind., and Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, have introduced the Consumer and Fuel Retailer Choice Act.

Agri-Pulse Open Mic: Duane Simpson - National Council of Farmer Cooperatives

This week's Open Mic guest is Duane Simpson, President and CEO of the National Council of Farmer Cooperatives. The group held their annual fly-in last week and lobbied congressional leaders to complete a new farm bill and pass ag labor reform legislation, among other issues. Simpson says farmers are stressed with high input costs and low commodity prices threatening the survival of many operations nationwide.
