Farm Hands West: Avdis, Yang appointed to Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board

Nicholas Avdis and Sean Yang, both from Sacramento, have been appointed to the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board and Westlands Water District Board of Directors have select Ceil Howe III to join.
