Imperial Irrigation District strikes water conservation deal with Bureau of Reclamation

The Imperial Irrigation District Board of Directors has approved a System Conservation Implementation Agreement with the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation.

Potential investors need increased certainty from government programs and tax incentives to allow the industry to flourish, he adds.
