Schumer, Senate Dems go after meat industry concentration

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., and a group of other Senate Democrats are aiming to break up major meatpackers by limiting them to producing meat in one category and, in the beef sector specifically, putting hard concentration caps on regional and national beef markets.
