Daybreak July 24: USDA’ers slam reorg plans

Current and former USDA employees are bashing the department’s reorganization plans, saying it will lead to massive departures, loss of expertise and diminished services. The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative on Thursday finalized its approximately four-month long investigation into 60 countries for alleged forced labor violations.
