Wind, solar top 10% of US monthly electricity generation for first time

WASHINGTON, June 21, 2017 - Energy Information Administration (EIA) statistics show that monthly electricity generation from wind and solar exceeded 10 percent of total generation in the U.S. for the first time ever in March.
