The continued growth of the organic foods industry requires an increased funding commitment and regulatory predictability from the federal government, the Organic Trade Association said in outlining its priorities for the next farm bill.
The Organic Trade Association has chosen its next CEO and executive director. Tom Chapman, who has extensive experience in the organic industry, will replace outgoing OTA leader Laura Batcha on April 18.
