Senate confirms Regan as EPA administrator

The Senate voted 66-34 to confirm state regulator Michael Regan as the 16th administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency.

Potential investors need increased certainty from government programs and tax incentives to allow the industry to flourish, he adds.
