Biofuel groups ask court to rehear RFS refinery exemption case

Growth Energy and the Renewable Fuels Association are asking the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals to rehear a case challenging a November 2023 decision approving six small refinery exemptions from the nation's biofuel mandate.
