Iowa legislation could snarl carbon pipelines

A bill passed by Iowa legislators that would make it harder for liquefied carbon dioxide pipelines to gain approval in the state has drawn strong opposition from corn and ethanol groups in the state, who are urging Gov. Kim Reynolds to veto it.
