Noah Wicks will join the Agri-Pulse editorial team in the summer of 2020 as the company's summer intern.

A native of South Dakota, Wicks grew up on a corn and soybean farm and beef cattle operation. He attends Augustana University in Sioux Falls, S.D., where he is a junior studying English and journalism.

While studying at Augustana, Wicks has worked for the Augustana Mirror, the campus newspaper, most recently as the paper's sports editor. He also writes agriculture news stories for The Tri-State Neighbor, a bi-weekly publication for readers in southeastern South Dakota, northwestern Iowa, and southwestern Minnesota.

His previous work experience includes serving as an intern for both the South Dakota Department of Agriculture and Department of Revenue, and as a contributing writer and former intern for The Madison Daily Leader.

Wicks was an active FFA member competing in various leadership development events, was a member on the 2016 state livestock judging champion team, and also spent time as an exchange student in Norway where he lived and worked on farm for a month.
