Farm Hands on the Potomac: Farm Credit Administration taps Walters as CFO

The Farm Credit Administration has selected Sandi Walters as its new chief financial officer and director of the Office of the Chief Financial Officer, while R.J. Layher has joined the staff of the American Farm Bureau Federation.
